It's completely understandable that seeking help from a therapist can feel daunting and overwhelming. However, it's important to remember that you are here for a reason - you are looking for support in overcoming challenges in your life, and that is a courageous step. You deserve to receive help, support, and guidance in overcoming these difficulties, and as a therapist, I am here to provide that for you. I have specialized training and experience in several areas, with a focus on eating disorders and addiction. I also use a Health at Every Size (HAES) approach and am familiar with 12-step programs. My goal as a therapist is to help you make positive changes in your life and overcome the challenges that brought you here by addressing both past and present issues.
